Following a music filled weekend, members of our youth bands took part in the Ayrshire Music Festival on Monday 🎺 We’re incredibly proud of all of them that took part including: 🥇Lleyton who won Division D 🥇Levi who won Division C 🥈Greenwood Brass Group who came second in the Secondary Brass Ensemble Section 🥇Noah who won Division B 🥇Luke who won the Open Solo Division A massive well done to everyone else that took part from our band and all the other brilliant young mu

What a weekend for the IDB Community Band! An early rise for some, but we are buzzin' after being placed 5th out of 13 bands in the 4th section. An incredible achievement for our very first Scottish Championships. On Saturday our senior band took to the stage to compete in the second section of the Scottish Championships🎶 It wasn’t the result we were hoping for but the band were happy with our performance💕 We’re super proud of our conductor Joshua Parkhill who adjudicated for the first time with the 4B section🏆 We can’t wait to do it all again next year ✨
